who is Anthros?

Anthros designs and manufactures office style chairs that can be used for gaming or working. They use doctors to build and design chairs that are proven to improve health and wellness by improving posture and reducing back pain.

the challenge

To generate presale conversions for their new chair launch, Anthros came to Dopple to transform their product configurator from 2D to 3D.

  • Anthros has many varieties and uses for their signature chair and required a solution that showcased all the different options available in one easy place.

  • Anthros services business professionals as well as gamers, providing them with unique features for each use case. As a result, they needed a way to differentiate those markets' unique needs.

  • Education has been an issue with customers and Anthros needed to provide an education-rich experience alongside an elegant user experience to provide organic education that aligns with the purchase funnel.

Project Goals

Anthros needed to educate customers about the variety of different chair options that suited their individual physical needs.

To do this, Dopple created a 3D product configurator and AR tool that featured hotspots, to educate customers.

The analytics provided from the back-end of the tools allowed Anthros to understand the most commonly configured versions of the chair, which are now 'preset' options to speed up the check-out process.
