The 3D configurator Dopple built was designed to increase pre-purchase customer confidence by showcasing accurately what the bedding looked like, and encourage customers to add 'sets' to their basket over just single items by giving them the opportunity to mix and match.
Dopple has now released a Shopify+ app that streamlines the process of integrating to eCommerce sites.
Dopple worked closely on a consultative basis with Smart Bamboo to ensure that configurator design and UX best practices were implemented for maximum client engagement and conversion. The result is lightening fast and intuitive design that prioritizes mobile users first. Over 75% of users configuring were configuring on their mobile devices.
